When children are enrolled, it is expected they will attend school every day of each term. St Agatha’s records the daily attendance of students. We do not encourage students to arrive before 8.40am as there is not a teacher on duty prior to this time. However, we do encourage them to be here by 8.50am so that they can have a play with their friends and get organised for their learning.


Classrooms are open at 8.45am and school commences at 9.00am each day and we ask for your co-operation by ensuring your children are at school on time. School finishes at 3.30pm each day.

Students not collected by 3.45pm will come to the office courtyard to wait for their parents/carers.

It is a legal requirement for the school to record a reason for every student being away hence, it is important for you to provide us with a reason for their absence. You can contact the school:
